Each phase names its gating condition; nothing ships by calendar pressure. The tier label on every certificate tracks this page.

  1. PHASE 0

    Specification

    Research paper (Section 8 normative), frozen schemas, core contracts with unit and fuzzed invariant suites.

  2. PHASE 1

    Testnet

    Full T0 flow on Base Sepolia: factory, escrow, template guest, attestor CLI, this site, campaign explorer.

  3. PHASE 2

    Audit & mainnet

    Independent audit of the ~800 nSLOC core — the escrow is held to the same standard it enforces — then mainnet on an OP-Stack L2 and the first partner auditor signed to the trailer standard.

  4. PHASE 3

    Certificates & fallback

    Launch-certificate tooling for third-party consumers; web-proof attestation with a k-attestor quorum so auditors can't publish-but-refuse-to-sign.

    Tier T1

    TEE-attested journal verification. Same schemas, new verifier.

    zkVM receipts: the Solidity-compilation-in-zkVM pipeline, template tier first, full compilation second.

    Gated on the port existing — nobody has published one; this line updates when that changes

Further out (paper §9): multi-chain float-outs via storage proofs, recursive certificates as a composable primitive, and nullifier-based founder reputation.
